Every product sold by Bongeeo is covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the delivery date, unless the product page states a longer period.
What is covered
- Stitching that fails under normal use
- Hardware such as zips, buttons and buckles breaking
- Colour running or fading when care instructions were followed
- Any fault present on arrival
What is not covered
- Ordinary wear from use over time
- Damage from accidents, misuse or incorrect washing
- Alterations made after purchase
Making a claim
Contact support with your order number and photographs of the fault. We assess within two business days and repair, replace or refund.
