How your details are protected
Card details are entered on your bank's own secure page and never touch our servers. We receive only a masked reference. The whole site runs over encrypted connections, and payment confirmations are verified against the provider rather than trusted from the browser.
When you are charged
Online payments are taken when you confirm the order. Cash on delivery is collected by the courier. If a payment fails, nothing is charged and your basket is kept.
