Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it. If an item turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced we will tell you and refund in full rather than substitute something else.
Pricing
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are working days from confirmation and are honest estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything here. Our 14-day return policy is set out on the Return Policy page.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your account.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
