The short version
Return anything within 14 days of delivery, unused and with its tags attached, for a full refund. Start the request from your account and we will arrange collection.
What can be returned
Almost everything. The exceptions, for hygiene reasons, are underwear, pierced jewellery and opened personal care items — unless they arrived faulty.
How to return something
- Open the order in your account and choose Request return.
- Select the items, tell us why, and add a photograph if it arrived damaged.
- We approve the request, usually within one business day.
- Our courier collects from your address at a time you choose.
Who pays for collection
We do, if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. For a change of mind the collection charge is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Issued within 3 business days of the item reaching us and passing inspection. Mobile wallet refunds usually land the same day; card refunds can take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Choose Request replacement instead of a refund and we will send the replacement as soon as the original is collected, so you are not left waiting twice.
