Eligibility
Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a full licence issued at least twelve months ago. Certain categories carry a higher minimum age, which is stated at the time of booking.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Meridian Drive. Prices quoted include insurance, taxes and roadside assistance as described on the pricing page. Fuel is charged at cost where a vehicle is returned below the level at which it was supplied.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before collection are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, one day's rate is retained. If we are unable to supply the vehicle booked, you may accept an upgrade at no cost or receive a full refund.
Use of the vehicle
Vehicles may be driven only by drivers named on the agreement, must not be used for competition, towing or sub-hire, and must not be taken outside the territory stated on the agreement without prior written consent.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking except where a greater liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
