What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the name, email address, phone number and message you provide, together with the page you submitted from and the date and time. If you subscribe to our mailing list we store your email address and, optionally, your name.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry. No spam, no resale of data — ever. We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, fulfil a booking and — where you have opted in — send occasional offers. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
Analytics
We record page views to understand which parts of the site are useful. Visitor identifiers are stored as a one-way hash that changes daily, so the records cannot be traced back to an individual and cannot be correlated across days.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for 24 months so we can service repeat bookings, then deleted. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics records are aggregated after 13 months.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to reservations@meridiandrive.com and we will respond within 30 days.
