Meridian Drive began in 2006 with four cars in a Downtown garage and one rule we still hold: the car you book is the car that arrives.
Today we run 186 vehicles across six categories, from a city runabout to a Chiron, and we still hand-check every one before it leaves. Our workshop is in-house, our delivery drivers are employed rather than contracted, and the person who answers your call has the authority to solve the problem. That is the whole model — fewer intermediaries, fewer excuses.

A valid driving licence held for at least twelve months, a photo ID, and a credit or debit card in the driver's name. Visitors from outside the United States should bring their passport and, where their licence is not in English, an International Driving Permit. Everything is verified digitally before delivery, so there is no paperwork at handover.
For verified members we waive the deposit on the Essential and Signature fleets entirely. Exotic and supercar rentals carry a refundable hold that is released within three working days of return. We tell you the exact figure before you confirm — it never appears as a surprise.
Within 60 minutes anywhere in Los Angeles County for bookings placed before 8pm. Outside that window, or beyond the county line, we will confirm a precise delivery slot when you book. Delivery and collection are free on every Signature and Prestige rental.
Comprehensive insurance with a zero excess, theft protection, third-party liability, roadside assistance, all state and local taxes, and delivery within the plan's radius. Fuel is charged at cost if the car is returned below the level it left at. There are no cleaning fees, admin fees or airport surcharges.
Yes. One additional driver is included on Signature, and three on Prestige. On Essential it is $12 per day. Additional drivers are verified the same way as the primary driver and can be added after the booking is confirmed.
Cancel more than 24 hours before collection and you are refunded in full, automatically, to the original payment method. Inside 24 hours we charge one day's rate. If we cannot supply the vehicle you booked, you receive a free upgrade or a full refund — your choice.
Signature and Prestige rentals are unlimited mileage. Essential includes 150 miles per day, and additional miles are $0.35. Any booking of three days or more is unlimited regardless of plan.
Every car is serviced to manufacturer schedule and inspected before each hire, and our roadside cover is nationwide rather than county-limited. We will fit a toll transponder, roof box or ski rack free of charge, and our concierge will plan charging or fuel stops if you ask.
